MBSB is only 1% i/o 2.3 =.= MBB is offering 2.3 but dont know inclusive or not. Will talk to him tomorrow as the branch of the banker is at Tmn Segar Cheras. 5 min drive from my house.

Ok guys, I just put down the phone with PBB banker, already submitted my documents to them. During the conversation she ask me to confirm purchase of MRTA, for 90% loan amounting to RM590,000.00 with coverage to 30 years, the MRTA will cost me a whopping RM27,000.00.

I asked her if I have intention of paying back all instalment within 10 years, she worked out another amount of RM3512.00 with coverage to RM200,000.00 for 15 years.

I just need your opinion if it's worth to such extend of paying RM27,000 for MRTA? Is this the market rate considering the borrower's age of 34 yrs. Me and my wife have our insurance taken care of, in such scenerio, which is better?

No worry MGG Gor, I think a lot people also went more than 3-5 times and end up nothing...

I went for the 4-5th time to make my first booking where first 2 times was not open for any booking.
