If really top up another 20-30k to get a unit of good Type A, the pricing is very high at RM 460-465 psf after discount. Not worth it.

Bro Chris,

Yes, there's such cases that certain agent blocking few smaller units for topup money and personally I was being told they can get me a nice smaller units provided I'm willing to pay RM20k "bawah meja" kopi lui. Straight I told him no thanks as if I can pay $20k for the small unit means I can afford to pay extra a bit for bigger one such as Type-C so why such as fuss about small unit as afterall if for my own stay I rather go for Type-C even if you offer me at same price/sqft for Type-A.

Wahh, that's so bad then.

20k is really a lot to get the 500k below @ Type A, where I can sense most people buy KR2 was due to easy entry of 3% downpayment and DIBS. The undertable money is equivalent to almost 5% of purchase price.

Agree that all prospects shouldn't pay extra under money for it.

KR2 allow ownership transfer?
example like those owner who booked lower unit , they can transfer ownership to other?

maybe its a bit too early to play undertable.. if after middle of the year where prop increase and owner want undertable to release his unit at original price + some top up, maybe more worth it.. this one have to catch late comers who want to have a piece of prop in KR2..

I didn't take any bankers name card last Saturday.

Yesterday I did visit KR2 and was told the bankers name card not present yet due to the developer just sign the DIBS offer letter package n send back to respective banks.

Hi Bro TMC, same situation here, they don't update you on progress, have to chase after them. Why don't you stick to Tiger, AB and PBB since they are still available rather than banks waiting for extension.

Fr my 3 days visit since Saturday, I heard most of all prospect asking SA they just want Type A and lowest price, don't care facing or view. So Tower 3, premium of solo tower which require higher price of RM 15-18k, boasting more of own stay rather than investment.

Just come back from SA office. Talk to the SA and given tiger bank, pbb, kuwait and MBSB name card. Contacting them now biggrin.gif

Bro, your second purchase also in Tower 3? Yellow stickers represent what? Bumi units? For those who have placed their deposits and still in process of getting loans, their unit using orange stickers right?

Previously when I placed my deposit, I was told we need to secure loan within 21 days but already have exceeded the period, I wonder do they still have such practice? If by certain date any one of us cannot get a loan, will they let go of our units with a notice including refunding our deposits.
