QUOTE(clawhammer @ Apr 1 2011, 02:12 PM) Unfortunately, we don't practise this policy. QUOTE(Mr.Lonely @ Apr 1 2011, 03:05 PM) what is the point TS post back the press release from Asus website? i still cant get my refund after all. just giving ppl fault hope. We are practising this initiative that's why it's there. If you are encountering problems, do PM me the details of your issue and purchase. We'll try to help you. This post has been edited by ASUSmy: Apr 1 2011, 03:56 PM |

QUOTE(ASUSmy @ Apr 1 2011, 01:57 PM) Actually we already practice the same policy. It's being adopted by every principal. Sound to me that you are just another bureaucratic Let me add that notice in the thread. MSI not practice the same policy, they are better then the policy! And what the point of saying 'try to help' when it should be 'will help' and not 'try'? I do hope to hear good new from Mr.Lonely about his AssUs mobo problem, so that we all can start to believe in AssUs again. |

My Maximus IV Extreme B2 is sitting at distro Servex for 2 weeks already. Waiting for B3 swapping. Fingers crossed patiently. At first I thought it was 1 to 1 exchange, but it isn't. Luckily I got a spare mobo to play with.

Hope you have a happy ending to tell us.These days can't rely on brand anymore. I only support brand if got good service but if they start to give lousy service or quality I chop also, no matter how good the brand is! |
