can the notification led standby when the screen is off like blackberry?
*
Standby????
It will blink if got call/sms

Of course work with screen off....

It depends though.

If LED for charging, yes, but when u receive SMS/and such it may overwrite since ur charging so the LED = ALWAYS ON..

I don't think LED will be on the whole time though (Shortens LED lifespan) will blink when got SMS waiting/arrived or EMAILS/MMS etc

well, at least mine get a constant, non-blinking, blue LED when SMS comes in, that is on handcent SMS

Added on May 9, 2011, 10:44 pmbesides, LED are hard to burn out de, because they do not use tungsten, which will burn out

I believe you need to root to change the colours.

And you don't need Handcent to do that, CM rom is able to do it too (And a few others like MIUI)

basically the Sense 2.1+3.0 ROMs, and if you didn't updated your MIUI already, the latest MIUI based on GB has a overhauled UI as well smile.gif

Wow 2.1+3.0? Haven't heard of this before. Where can I read more info or see pics of this? drool.gif

And no, didn't update my MIUI at all. Last I heard, many apps wont run on GB so I was reluctant to update it tongue.gif

MIUI on GB no problems la.

It's just that if you use TB as backup it may F up a lot of things.

use MIUI's backup no problems.

It's stable releases now already.

Got lag spikes here and there though

2.1 Sense from Desire S IIRC. Not sure forgot liao
3.0 from HTC Sensation.

Campur around whatever shit they both got then Sense nice lor.

I really hate the 3.0 pick up call method. It's pissing me off.

You need to move the ring on the answer call and its laggy vmad.gif

try this and see if it works, key in 1 number into the dialer to activate the text area,
then long press on the text area to paste (then of course you have to delete the first number you pressed)

Nice to hear. So if I use MIUI backup to restore apps it will run without problems?

Haha I shall wait till 2.1+3.0 to be more stable first. I'm always out recently..Can't afford for my phone not to work suddenly.. tongue.gif

Gonna flash GB soon smile.gif

I still using TB as backup although MIUI have own recommended backup option.
I usually restore in batch of about 30 apps once, if QSI show low cache I will wipe first before continue.
my second backup plan is AppMonsterPro.
so far so good...

Sense 3.0 is really a new experience for htc users, pros n cons la....
