Govt stop Shell for giving out cash/goodies/prizes recently as they said fuel is subsidize item and can't just give benefits for people to pump more petrol.

Hi there, just notice everytime when using credit card / debit card to pump petrol, even if i pump only 30-50, but it lock 200 from my balance. may i know how long will the lock been release?

until it is posted, fastest one day, normally 2-3 days, longest can take weeks

Once the transaction has been posted to the Bank, it will be released. Max is about 7 days.

I was in KL on sunday. They hired some pretty girls to give it out. Unfortunately I only manage to pump 33 sad.gif. And stupid JB doesn't have Petron yet.

Are you sure the hired Pretty girls to give out? I went that one is all foreigner worker only-leh...
In fact is just renovate for rebranding only, the pump nozzle still is old one.

My gf is the one working at the Petrol as the freelance.. There has free tissue, but I'm not sure about the 15x points.

What my gf told me is.. if you get 4k points.. you can get free pump RM40-45 petrol. I'm not sure thumbup.gif

You have the physical card with you. I think it's instantly activated and can be used right away.
