Another source is through MSDN subscriber. I know cause my company is Microsoft Certified Partner and we are entitled to install Vista.

After downloading and testing some sidebar gadgets, I tweaked a media player sidebar gadget and it works!! you just need to know how the WMP MSDN coding and you can make many cool stuff. The only thing that I need to make now is how to resize my 'folder.jpg' as it will sometimes be bigger than the gadget itself and not crop  If anyone can help me, it's most obliged |

Nah, edited an existing gadget, edited so that it plays my playlist instead random songs from all the media library in WMP.
Actually, it's easy, as the scripting uses standard HTML + JavaScript. Have a look at the existings file in c:\program files\Windows Sidebar\Gadget
Try looking at the html files of the gadget and you'll get the idea. MSDN knowledge is a must tho

Haha, you suspected him using the "change file" method to activate his Vista.
BTW, that method will only last you until jun 2007, isn't it? Forgot the exact date.
Let's see what happen...then...
My friend keep urging me to share my awarded BT product key, hehe.... not dare to try it, I still don't know how far the V2.0 of activation engine can perform. I don't think calling Microsoft and give them tonnes of reason that I have change a new machine is a good idea....
I did agree the T&C after all, I have responsible for that, isn't it? haha...
My poor GF4 420Go...not Aero for me....

Getting Started

Currently having major problem in video decoding in Vista Ultimate RTM, my h264 video and audio just stutter badly, tried lots of codec pack doesn't seems to fix it, running ati beta driver, the video play just fine in media player classic, however in wmp it is all different story, any help? uninstalled nero since the videocd codec are giving the com error while viewing video in thumbnails.
