does anyone know if the weekend 5% cashback is applicable to all spending or only at selected establishments? I can't find a list at the maybank site.

I never encountered the problem of being blocked on the 4th time swiping my AMEX at a petrol station. But I did try it after the 10th time, a customer service called me on the spot to verify if I am the one doing the transaction. |

I do notice that on weekends, the Maybankard2 AMEX need to go thru the EDC terminal a few times before getting approval.
Failed twice at Starbucks and Maxis Centre.. Just asked to retry until approved. And I hate the response message when EDC returns an error "CARD DECLINED"  This post has been edited by ronnie: Apr 3 2011, 11:21 AM |
