Potentially you could be charged RM25 per card (AMEX +VISA or AMEX + MASTERCARD)

ya. each cards rm25, so 25x2 = rm50

wanna ask, mbb 2 impose tax on mbb 2 visa, not mbb 2 amex, so anyway to redeem the tax with MR points?

Nothing special, just because a lots of visa makes me want something different. Sometimes have some special promotion just for mastercard holders, and sadly say that, I don't even have a mastercard

Why not get a OCBC Titanium Mastercard instead ?

for air tickets purchased through plat MMB2, how does one go about in claiming MBB card's travel inconvenience charges assuming he/she didnt purchase the insurance from the airline?

those privileges offer / reward points stated under american express website, can we using MBB2 AMEX card to get the same benefit as well?

By right, it's eligible unless otherwise specified.

if i'm not wrong, every year at year end, there's 15% cash back for amex promo for a few months. how about this?

That one is not definite and certain. So far, it has been 2 years consecutively (2009 & 2010).
