Do share here if you are able to get your PP renewed. This is the sole reason i am keeping my PM too.
I got a feeling this is a wrong information by the CS again. I am now waiting for their next reply, my question is specifically on LCCT this time. My PM and PP, both are expiring in Aug too.

Tricky, I want to use the PP in Sept, but if they are not renewing it, I will finish up the 2x quota in March. Hoping to hear some good news from MGM.

I guess the CS info is not up to date. Do update here on the CS reply. Thank you. smile.gif

I was wondering whether Citi will reinstate the lounge access benefit upon moving to klia2. Not sure whether my info is up to date, but I've read earlier that the klia2 PPL will be located at the international departure hall (airside), which means domestic passengers will not have access to the lounge.

Keeping fingers crossed. That's what shown at the KLIA2 layout plan, so hopefully Citibank will re-evaluate the situation again.

Can someone update the first page info to include HSBC Premier World Mastercard now allows access to Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA? Not the Mastercard lounge but PPL itself. i think got photo of the newly renovated PPL also on the HSBC website.

Citibank Premier Miles card, concerning Priority Pass renewal.
QUOTE
After 2 years, our marketing will do a check to see if customer PremierMiles card is active, if card active, marketing will automatically renew Priority Pass membership &  customer doesn’t have to pay any membership fee. If the card is not active anymore, marketing will not renew the Priority Pass membership.

Note:
Active = Spend active at least once a month & customer renew their PremierMiles card with Annual Fee paid

Same info has been posted by other members here previously.

Guess I better use up my quota sad.gif

Yea, I received a similar reply from Citibank too earlier.

The "active" part is not a problem. But "customer renew PM card with annual fee paid"? o.O

I thought the Priority Pass I got from MB for my Inifinity card is valid for the free 5 visits in the FIRST year only. Much to my surprise, got a new PP this morning with another free 5 visits this year!

Thanks MB!

Yes, the Priority Pass will be renewed every year with 5 free entries as long as you maintain your MBB VI. rclxms.gif

Receive the new PP card to replace the 2 year-old card without reapplying. At the same time receive an sms asking me to use 2000 PM points to redeem for the GST. But no mention of annual fee, guess I have to call the CS for waiver.

Thanks for sharing. Do you consider yourself actively using the card? biggrin.gif

If we have used up the 2x access, do we get another 2x access with the new card (same year)? hmm.gif

My last year spending for PM is ~rm10000. PP usage is based on calendar year. My previous PP is valid for year 2011 & 2012. The new card is for 2013 & 2014 and 2 complementary accesses per calendar year.
I have just called the CS to redeem the Govt Tax using 2000 PremierMiles Points. He also approve the waiver of the annual fees.
