Please do not call the Alliance Bank Helpline - it is totally USELESS - in fact, they themselves are confused and unsure of their own policies. If you do want confirmation, give a call to KLIA Premium Lounge - they would know better since they are the ones who are accepting the cards!
*
haha, wait till you call their CS after 10pm, they know next to nuts when Alliance website claimed that Platinum cards enjoy 24 hours CS.

Anyway, I just got my Citibank Platinum and my wife got her PremierMiles. Both grant you 12 times access to KLIA Plaza Premium Lounge but the Citibank Premier Miles Visa Signature gives you 2 free access to airport lounges worldwide with Priority Pass membership.

Click here to read my article Citibank PremierMiles - It's A Visa Signature.

So this list basically only listing cards that can be used in LOCAL lounge, what about the benefits for lounges worldwide?

Please read through the info carefully and don't come to easy conclusion just because you didn't search thoroughly.
We did discuss about lounges benefits worldwide. You don't hear about it much because there are limited options available.

SWEET. my maybank2u shows AMEX platinum credit card!! free access for me at KLIA and LCCT !!!!

now i need to swipe my card several times so that they'll waive my annual fee every year
*
I has check with CS few month ago, they said must swipe at least 3K per month since 3 month before annual fee charges, not how many times been used.

I guess if one is mod then it is safe to assume others to didn't search thoroughly etc or maybe it is allowed by rules or ethics here to make a harsh reply.
I did read the thread and found out the list only listed cards that have access to KLIA, LCCT, Senai and Changi. Mind if you could point out which card support worldwide lounges?

I came to this thread hoping to get more information not to have my own opinion which I entitle to have one to be dismissed without reason.

Read first post carefully i.e. look out for the word Priority Pass.

I already have Priority Pass, only looking for credit card with free lounge access which I can easily found in the states or europe but not malaysia. I see there is SCB with unlimited PP access but that is not what I'm looking for.
Nevermind then, too many people misunderstood my question.

Thanks.

Well, that contradicts the Delighful Privileges brochure.

I did call EON Bank to reconfirm and the CS informed that Platinum credit cards do not enjoy UNLIMITED access to KLIA, LCCT, Senai and Changi but LIMITED and he can't tell me the quota but instead asked me to check with Plaza Premium Lounge doh.gif

i just come back from alliance, with their debit plat.

card get immediately at the branch. min deposit rm20k, rm12 deduct immediately (card annual fee).

For nomal Hybrid Account with Alliance Platinum debit card, you do not need to maintain RM20,000 in your account.

I have just changed my "Alliance Personal" Platinum debit card to normal Alliance Platinum debit. No minimum deposit is required. So I have withdrawn all money from my Hybrid Account and leave a token RM100 in the account.

This card is accepted at both KLIA and LCCT Plaza Premium Lounges, as long as it is Alliance Platinum debit card.

I totally agree that most of the Alliance customer service staff do not even know the products and features offered by their bank. It is wasting time to call Alliance hotline.

As far as I know, there isn't a single HSBC credit card that gives you free access to KLIA Plaza Premium Lounge. But if you willing to pay, the HSBC Visa Signature is welcome.

Hong Leong is taking over EON Bank. All EON cards will eventually become "history".

For those who qualify this might be worth keeping, HAHA.

None of the HSBC cards issued in Malaysia gives free airport lounge access. HSBC Premier customers do not even get this kind of benefit.

I am looking forward to HLB taking control and merging their operations. Hopefully HLB will retain the VIsa Signature since HLB don't have a premier card. Then easier for me to ask for annual fee waiver, haha.
