depends on your usage. what will u use data for? surfing? or for MMSing only? like to dowload, like to stay connected with social networking apps, better change to postpaid get high end package.

is Ace using Android 2.2.1? Coz today hear another story from hp salesman again...they said tat package RM999 is utilize Android 2.2 which has a lot of problem..like touch screen problem and hang...and this package RM1299 already installed Android 2.2.1 which already resolved all the problem...

What a load of bull crap! Updating the firmware is so easy it's not even funny. 200 ringgit for an upgrade that you can do yourself is just insane. Fingers crossed on people not falling for this cheap trick..

yesterday i went to lowyat. looking for the best deal for samsung galaxy ace.
suddenly got this 1 ahmoi, said to me that.

"it is not worth it to buy an android. because if you dont know how to use it, it will overcharge you. just put in your sim and it will got roaming. got one of her customer the bill went up until rm100 without knowing."

so, i have no knowledge in android. what is this?
is she trying to kencing me?

What launcher u people use. Default Samsung or add on.

all smartphone is useless without data plan. but most new smartphone has option to turn off packet data (gprs/3g). so make sure you disable this before playing around with the phone.

For those of you still hunting for an ACE, please check up this thread, selling at RM820, but I think is used unit. But still, since ACE is launched less than a month, it can't be that bad....

Added on March 21, 2011, 10:25 amForgot to share, I found a shop selling the SP for ACE at Digital Mall PJ for RM20, the shop is on ground floor, directly beside the escalator. I didn't get it bcos i feel it is expensive, and I will get me SP once my phone dealer got his stock and he promised to give me one for free.
