Go for the biggest you can afford. My experience is minimum 50". Now I realise 50" is not big enough. Same for all my friends who bought 42" and say its enough. Now they all realise its small.

same goes to me... last time i thought 32" HD ready is sufficient...
but after 1-2 years i felt it no big enough, slow HZ and bad moving picture...
perhaps i should upgrade direct to 50" rather than 42" as i may itchy to upgrade to 50" if i bought 42" later...
but i worry the 50" picture quality no meet my requirements and should rather go for 42" 3D... felt bit dilemma here... tongue.gif

Ya, correct... I am using 50" too. I like 65" but no money, really can't afford now.
Talking about G series.. Panasonic Malaysia have 42G but doesn't have 50G...maybe will release soon.. that one we don't know...

Purely subjective ... depends on the person. For me, the room size is important, so (for me) a 50" display is a bad choice for a small room, doesn't matter if you can afford a 65" display or not. In a bigger room a bigger display is nice.

Not desperate, just typical stock dumping as product is EOL'd.

Ah Yong already bought the 42GT20 - RM3400. But he didn't say display unit or flesh in the box. And now u say 42GT20 -RM9999. (without buying)

I think most people will believe the buyer, that is Yong (RM3400)...Not only Ah Yong, HW Racer also bought. (RM3.6K)... Ah Lai (3K in penang)... wow....
The shop want money don't want product lah...

the GT42/20 launch price at RM 8,999 come with full 3d starter kits but without the infinite balck pro panel and THX . it is the same with V20 panel but i felt the V20 have better AR coating and processor too. their dimension with or without stand also different with V20 just slightly bigger and the V20 consume 10W more power and design wise ,looks better too . in short the GT20 is a strip down 3D TV but still better than many other last year 3D make and model

all said , the VT series is the best

Yep, I agree that the VT is the best plasma so far.. the AR coating is High Contrast Pro, the GT uses AR High Contrast only.

50" is not a bad choice for small room if you are watching HD materials only. If you gonna watch SD astro , then the smaller the better.

The bigger the better if you're on full hd all the time. If the picture is sharp and clear, i won't mind if it fill up the whole wall.
