Kudos to almunia for successively blocking barca's countless shots.  I think there were three shots on goals that almunia fended off quite bravely. Had it been in, we'd seen the same fate barca did to malaga.

Sorry I'd have to disagree here. Sagna was perhaps one of our better performers this morning and has been excellent defensively so far this season. Being a good crossing fullback is always a plus but bear in mind Sagna is a defender and his priority should remain at defending well. That is what he is paid to do. If he can attack and cross well then that is a bonus.

We were outplayed, no question about that. The sending off was dubious that's all.

As for our defence, we've had f*ckups in the past, especially with the GK department and the latest incident was the Carling Cup final against Birmingham.

All in all, it was a masterclass football demonstration from Barca and well played to you guys.
