Wow, great now name-calling people like you have been following Arsenal since your childbirth or something...How do I care if you got Astro or some Satellite dish all the way from England for you. Even if you got watch, doesn't mean that the Lee or Bisan guy have to be on your non-fancy standard. This 2011 not 1996.

If u get it, that Sagna is predictable and doesn't win us anything, just shut up and stop calling people names.
*
Sorry I'd have to disagree here. Sagna was perhaps one of our better performers this morning and has been excellent defensively so far this season. Being a good crossing fullback is always a plus but bear in mind Sagna is a defender and his priority should remain at defending well. That is what he is paid to do. If he can attack and cross well then that is a bonus.

Chesney will be out for 4-6 weeks according to some Polish soccer sites and Arsene has admitted that he could be signing a keeper on loan and has already identified the keeper he wants to loan. So any guesses?

Which game are you watching? There's no way Man U outplayed us.

Man U took their chances. That's the only difference.
*
I'm sorry. But I actually agree that Man Utd outplayed us in every department. We may have dominated possession but we were going nowhere most of the time. We were so tactically inept today sorry to say.

Does Wenger has a personal grudge against Eboue? When was the last time he played, even as a sub? What is so great bout Sagna?
*
Sagna offers more defensively, a better crosser and doesn't ball watch as often as Eboue. Need I say more?

When someone is a better player than you are its only natural that he plays and not you. Simple as that.

Sagna needs to know that is is called rightBACK for a reason. better crosser, yes. offer more defensively? the goal post beat him to that.
*
And you think Eboue is a better defender then? LOL what a joke.

Top bloke Eboue may be but sorry to say the only thing Eboue is better at doing than Sagna is provide more penetration and the ability to beat a man in the opposing half. That is about it.

yup, the author view is similar as mine. Many old timers Arsenal supporter think that the current impatience is driven by younger generation who witness the Double and Invincible era.

And those comments about Lehmann coming back to Arsenal at soccernet make me laugh. This is just emergency signing, yet most of the hater make a big fuzz for it like Arsene Wenger has lost his plot etc.
*
I'm not a fan of re-signing players as well. But I'm not complaining simply because there is little or no decent GK that is available for loan at the moment and we desperately need some cover.

Regardless of Man Utd's result tonight if we fail to win then I'm sorry, I think the league is gone. This is the perfect opportunity to show what their made of and if the failures over the past 2 weeks isn't enough to spur the lads to do good tonight then I don't know what will.

I'm as optimistic as a Gunner can get but at the same time I'm being realistic. I don't care if we scrape a 1-0 win but a win is an absolute must tonight if the lads are to show that they have the mental capacity to bounce back.

still got one more match in hand

still got hope

I'm sorry if you think we can still win the league then you're just clutching at straws. This team just isn't good enough. Man Utd just showed the difference between us and them for the umpteenth time. This team crumbles at the most crucial of times. We just aren't there mentally.

david seaman & tony adams.

I would say Mad Jens and Sol.

Seaman and Adams were inherited.

I didn't quite catch the Almunia cock up as I was on my way home. Replayed a few times awhile ago and I'm really not sure what he was up to. Yes, Squillaci screwed up with the bounce but it was still a fair way from goal. Koscielny was racing back and had Almunia not rushed out like a bullet train I'm convinced Koscielny would have gotten back in time to cover and it woulda been a 2 v 1 situation where Odemwingie is likely to lose out.

Sigh, please get rid, I'd rather have young Shea as number 2 with Jens as number 1 at the moment.

From the looks of it Heitinga could be available. Thoughts?

Sauce

Can be a very violent player at times and I really loathed some of the tackles he has made in the past. But putting that aside, at the moment he seems like the player that we lack. Would add much needed steel to the team and is equally adept at playing as a defensive midfielder hence adding much needed backup in both CB and DM positions.

I can't believe how poor we've become in just a couple of weeks. Almost every player is underperforming at the moment apart from Theo perhaps who has been the only decent player on the pitch so far.

Unlucky plucky Spurs haha

Anyway those who haven't seen Stankovic's goal should look it up. What a stunning goal. Shame Inter's sh*t performance overshadowed the goal.

I never recall AW ever got into shopping spree, at least not 7 first team players in a go.

With such a nice presentation, no doubt some of us may believe it. But in reality (again), no quote.

Were you really expecting any quotes on transfers by Arsene? With the way Arsene has quietly gone about his transfer dealings over the past gazillion years I doubt we won't really know until it really happens, or not at all.

Either way there won't be any quotes regardless true or not.
