Really disappointed on the Arsenal team. Never really saw them going for the game. Even Fabregas was not a factor in the game.
I think what the commentator said was really interesting. Why do Wenger take off Walcott and not Wilshere when he was injured? When he put in 3 strikers, it is the same as playing with one striker with Bendtner and VP playing on the wing. Why dont he just left Nasri and Walcott in?

Because he knew a scrappy goal would do it, but unfortunately it didn't work. Walcott pace isn't going to do it when Blackburn start to defend deep and overcrowd their penalty box with their players. Arsenal last minute tactic:- pumping the ball into the penalty box and overload it with the strikers and CBs.

I felt the same too, apart from Walcott and Arshavin whom had that urgency in front of goal...the other jokers all especially the so-called wonderkid still doin a "pass training" ffs?! Damn bloody joke. PS: Title is for us to lose. This post has been edited by ProbMan: Apr 3 2011, 02:43 AM

It is their mentality in this match that keep them alive. Do you remember how many time they got drubbed by opposition before? 7-1 against MU not too long ago?

Look at all my stars!!

I just don't know what the hell is the team playing. No sense of urgency. Please la. Don't even mention winning cups. This ain't any winning mentality that the team should have

All the crappy defenders & keepers should go. Even Fab & Persie for better future. AW can stay or go to lower leagues to practise his brilliant idea. I'd say bye bye to top 4 next year and not surprise that we could be fighting in relegation zone in 3 years time.

Once again, it's the same ol storyline. Bulk of possession, tippy tappy, and absolute zilch to show for it. Seriously, we're piss poor... Something needs to change....we were against a team who hadn't gotten a point away from home in over 3 months and played the last 15 minutes with 10 men!!
Don't get me wrong, I still love arsenal and I will continue to support them, but we really need to change something because it's obviously not working.....

QUOTE(garagesell @ Apr 3 2011, 02:40 AM) what do u guy think abt the trophy? we already played our best forwards, with one man advantage..but still cant score a single goal in 90min while the other team were 2 goals down before halftime, have worse injury crisis than us, but able to score not 2, not 3, but 4 in the 2nd half well obviously they deserve the bpl title more than us

Can't win even with extra man?
Blackburn left Sagna unmarked on all occasions on purpose. They knew his crosses are sh*te.
I seriously think Wenger has a personal grudge against Eboue. Last big win against LOrient and Barcelona at home were accomplished with him rather than Sagna. Fact.
Samba for Arsenal? No. Not someone who conceded 5 goals to Berbatov in one match. I don't think Blackburn's defenders are any good. It is just Arsenal's poor tactics and leadership.
