Whether your qualifications / experience suffice for you to get another job may be subjective.

And whether you like the new comp or you ended up in a company where the culture is the same / sucks even more will also be subjective.

From what I see, your increment is pretty high. MNC's median increment range from 3 - 8%  (assuming this is yearly increment, promotion is not included) .. so take your pick.

the boss took away my allowance but it is just only RM 200. and you know what he asked me when i was discussing with him about the 18 days working day? he asked how is he going to explain to the others employee that in my contract i dont have this statement whilst others have! FYI, my boss say our contract and salary all can be review by others staffs!! LOL!!

A lot of people talk bad about their employers.. but in the end, as much as the employers choose who to hire, the employee will also choose which company they want to work for.

So basicly, if you are unhappy, if your reasons are justified rather than just a biased perception, then go for a new company. Best of luck to you.

Do you mind to tell your education level? If you have degree + 7yrs working experience. RM3k is very low. Some fresh with better luck can get this price

Guys, I want to know the job prospect after having a PhD in most MNC/local company; be it the salary, promotion rate, etc.

I would be better if someone is/know a real PhD holder in the industry.

How is this salary? thinking of change to a new company but i feel that it is hard to get better salary with programmer title, maybe should work longer and get the manager title to get a big jump?

Degree holder with around 8 yrs experience. sometimes i feel my salary is high because hard to get a new job, but when see those ppl with high saalary,. i feel im underpaid. lol

Hi Guys,

Sorry for asking this noob question...how much do you think we can earn per month if we are working in a contract position. I mean not as a permanent staff...I got an interview for operator company in oil & gas sector for 3 years contract..I got close to 5 years of exp..
Just don't know how much to plug the figure..
help me...
