rm2.8k for 5 yr exp??

salary : Basic 2000
Allowance: petrol- 150
Optical,dentist, medical - 3000 cap
Free parking at co pany's building
Requires to work on shift: day shift gets allowance of rm25/day
Night shift gets allowance of rm 35/day
Dayshift: 5 am to 3 pm
Nightshift: 10pm to 8am

Can claim OT. Required to work night shift for the first two months therefore getting about rm2850


Is this okay for a company that requires to work in shift?

Company went hired try cut cost ma.. hopefully this few day my salary will back to market value

for AP no future. stay 1 yr enough and join big 4

5 yr exp market value is at least rm4k..
ur company can suddenly raise to rm4k from rm2.8k?

Problem i got diploma only and with MCTS cert.. It kinda hard to request 4k salary..

i am currently 24 with only 2 years exp as of now...

This is very good at your age earning RM 5.3k when I was 25 only got RM2.9k.
