Dont think SDP will leave the land allocated for SB to be empty forever bro! It will take I think around another 5-6 years for SB to be ready.

Ya la. Too expensive for a condo. Putra Residence is better for investment. I heard from SD still got few units left.

block B:
- 1 unit = 762 sq feet / 2 units = 1044 sq feet

block A:
- 1 unit = 969 sq feet / 1 unit = 1044 s feet

However, SA have yet to get clearance to sell these units until further notice because SD mgmt. have not decided on the price...

My SA told me there are 4 units to be released soon, 2 in Block A and 2 in Block B - just got to follow up la with SA & act fast once the units are released as PR is selling like hot cakes! thumbup.gif

Definitely PR is better for investment but I thnk many ppl are not aware that PR residents and the public cannot access the lake. Many buyers thought they can go to the lake to relax, so they bought PR but it belongs to MH, so it's a private prop.

Yeah, I know but SDP very daring.
I still remember they did that for Grandis, Mascarena and Section 6.
Increasing price by RM80K to RM100K for some units.
