This SDP really got very strong holding power, even when the units there remain unsold after VP, they only give minimal rebates of 2% only & now they totally dont give at all! How to sell la like that? There are still many unsold superlinks there & I heard even though they outsourced to agents, still cant sell many units.

If your objective is for investment and your own stay, investing your money cyber jaya is a lot interesting. The value of the land is high and still increase.

The environment is already well develop and access is excellent.

I like the townhouse, The Mews. And the environment was splendid.

What holding me back from buying the ready-townhouse was that SDP did not give me the standard defects warranty period for the townhouse. The warranty ends by end of the year. I wonder who will buy a RM1.4mil property which does not have enough defects warranty period.

Now that SDP has a new GM, I heard, all previous promos on the townhouse have been withdrawn. It is puzzling to understand SDP marketing strategy; do they want to sell off their properties or not? SDP must have a very strong financial standing to be able to cope with millions ringgit of unsold units in The Glades. Strange marketing strategy this SDP.

And they are very confident of the sales of the upcoming low rise condo, that the sales will be by ballots.
