Hi all,
I'm currently looking for a home to buy and stay. As I'm currently looking for a place nearest to PJ, I search in Putra Height.
I just viewed Putra Avenue Citrine and loves it. The problem is it's not G&G. I prefer G&G as I'm at work most of the time. I found out about SimeDarby's new project called The Glades.

Anyone has any info for on the Terrace Link and Town House prices? My budget is 650-700K.
Can the budget make it?

Thank You

Last heard from Sime, 600K for condo, and >1M for town and superlink

Hmmm hmm.gif Why do you think Cyberjaya's properties price will skyrocket? Do you have any news that Cyberjaya will bloom?

I can see lots of developers are starting high end residential projects. Their prices are even higher than those launched in Bukit Jalil, Kinrara hot areas.

From what I see, Cyberjaya is still not that developed. Public amenities are not at par with the new high end residential project.

the Glades are meant for high-end living
will surely hit > rm700k
as a benchmark; just check out the Royale Palms there. you can roughly get the average price for this
anyhow, there will be a high-end condo for this project; going to be launched within these few months. visit Sime Darby office for more info on this

Yupp.....that sales man told me 2.2M for Terrace......i asked twice......
For townhouse is about 1.8M.........he said.........damn crazy price......
He said got no brochure yet or scale unit, but can goto his office to book SemiD now......i did not bother to ask the price.

Totally out of my reach.......But if anyone here interested, can go and ask at the showroom smile.gif

OMG, 2.2M for Terrace!!! It is even higher than Jalil City. I thought Jalil City's price is crazy, places like Putra Height is selling at even higher price tag. I wonder who is going to buy.

As you have said, this project is targeting high end residents. Do you think they will utilize the LRT so often when they have nice and comfortable car driving around? What will be the other justifications for such a premium price besides the LRT? Places like Bukit Jalil, Kinrara have even more LRT stations situated around the area and they are closer to KL city with more public amenities.

Let's see when it launch. Maybe that salesman was mis-informed on the price. 1.2M sounds possible....but 2.2M I seriously doubt
No brochures, no pamplet, no model unit.....so maybe it was a mistake
I give him the benefit of doubt.

If anyone call Sime, please confirm the price here smile.gif

Hi Yoki,
Of cause I prefer GnG in Subang, but at 700K max budget I cant afford The Glades, and not even USJ Height.
So i have to consider non-GnG in Putra Avenue.

I works in Free Trade Zone PJ, and that's why looking for around that area

This pricing made me think at what point people would stop and think if they were not overpaying for G&G.

For 400k premium of G&G vs regular you would pay an extra 2k monthly for 30 years. For the same money you could hire 2 security guards (day and night shift) for your house.

Location of USJ heights for me is really poor. Access in and out of the area is limited.
