Setia Eco Glades is designed in such a way that it will help towards minimizing the effects of global warming. Bund ll be under islands' JMB to control. So likely it will not open to the mainland residents. There will be one JMB only to represent all islands and it will cover all maintenance costs of the lake and bund.

Future connection to Puchong is in the scaled masterplan but no date was mentioned on its completion date.

Interchange to MEX already half way. Swimming pool maybe widen in the clubhouse after SPS received feedback from customers. The show units ll be opened next month and the price of this new mainland smd ll be around 2mil.

The swimming pool is really bit small....
but overall, the club house would be a nice place to chill..

If bund not open, where is the central commercial like Desa ParkCity?

Mainland semi D asking RM 2+ M, can sell without accessing to bund?

I saw it from scaled model of its masterplan. Bund there have no parking area etc. It is within islands' paremeter fencing. Commercial area is at different pkot of land in the masterplan. They may only start work in 2016. Now they are surveying and work with setia haruman to see wat sort of commercial required in Cyberjaya since so many malls coming up in ciber. Highrise dev ll be launched maybe next year. After another island parcel launch. I would say the location and the plot of land is not bad as it can have bother view on SEG lake and Cyberjaya lake garden view.

Ya rm 2mil mainland SMD to be launched. Maybe up to rm2mil rather than 2mil+? The clubhouse for smd is nice. Hope same quality for Lui Li garden. Slightly different hammock clubhouse, i was told. Hope as nice as this one.

Selling concept wise, this is really important to make Eco Glades keep moving...

Hope for wider swimming pool. How owners here can feedback?

Just go to the sales office and ask them how to make an official suggestion (not complain x3 la) to them. I think they are listening to customer feedback especially an owner there.
