hi, anyone kindly advise me whether having another landed property in a gated community for investment & not own stay is a good choice, considering condos are expensive & smaller compared to landed which is bigger & almost at the same price range? thanks

Its a new landed property in a good location. I dont think i will be staying there and if raw unit in order to rent out  will be pointless. Have to paint, fit in furniture & fixtures & what nots. But some says cash flows are better that capital appreciation. Kindly advise
