May I know only semi d and banglow units in eco glades? Will sp setia launch double storey terrace in future?

Hi Noblebaby...which type did you buy in Symphony hills? I went to the show room...wow....its so nice & developer build water features with garden for the buyers.

Launched products are mainland Liu Li Garden - Linked Villa and Lepironia Garden - Semi-D, not yet sold out.
And also island Charm of Nusantara - got Linked Villa, Semi-D and Bungalow.

Heard that next month will launch island Eastern and Western heritage, got Linked Villa from RM1.4m

SEG SA had mention that the telco receiver nearby will be remove upon vp. But only verbally, no agreement..... hope other SEG owner will give the management pressure to make sure telco receiver will be removed asap....

The telco receiver is right opp semi-D phase 2 units.
If they dont remove it, you think can SPS sell the semi-D phase 2 at a higher price + somemore a future flyover will be there?

Eco Glades link villa still have good unit?
