Is SEG still in master title? Or already divided to strata title? Which mean we no need to pay for MOT until completed?

Any SEG buyer notice that there is a telecomunication receiver..something like high tension cable located nearby SEG project.....? Is it really close to SEG?

SEG SA had mention that the telco receiver nearby will be remove upon vp. But only verbally, no agreement..... hope other SEG owner will give the management pressure to make sure telco receiver will be removed asap....
