Revisit this thread after 1 year - comparing prop price btw cyberjaya HER with respect to DPC - its min 40-50% cheaper which has good potential n more room for capital appreciation once the township is in place.
2017 onwards will be a good year for cyber-lang.

hI when i see the Master plan...Liu Li gardens is isolated from the island. Do the residents of Liu Li got to enjoy the charms of the islands, themes and greens in SEG?

each island is g&g, even resident from other phases cannot enter

would like to know all taikors opinion on this also

so we enjoy some lighted glass fountain only.. ;-( Wont it be better if all residents within the SEG can visit other areas in order to enjoy the various themes?

haha, then those living on island will not be happy, coz everyday got ppl in front of ur house

...And they paid premium price.

Ask you a question, when you got home today, did you look to the left and right to enjoy the scenery? You will just want to go home and chill out right? So those who bought the non-island units, fret not. I think the non island scenery will not be that bad. My unit's back faces a garden with stream, should be oklah.

Pay for the least but expect the most.
islands or mainland units - both have the pro n con.
personally - I want the biggest lol.
