I know Ascott wanted to buy over Dpulze hotel but boss did not want to sell... so i m hoping Ascott to buy from me if the business is good. And the mall also, capitaland alwas eyeing at neighbourhood mall... evern ARA non stop buying Malaysian malls. After seeing SH river... i have reservation on SEG island unit... i suspect the canal will be like small longkang, which is very narrow. Personally still think SEG landed is the best buy compare to others in term of location, concept, pricing, accessibilities, appreciation Note - that's why I put all my eggs into one basket.
