Yeah, concept looks good. But the others might not be as good as the concept. For me, I will pass it. I went for a drive in cyberjaya after that. I can see SS, D'Pulze, Sky Park all on the way. Went to puchong too. Th Wharf already 4 storeys, lake side and The millenia on flat land. IOI city mall near serdang is done with basement (I think). A lot of malls coming up

the response was not so good, many empty seats. glades is built on swamp land, the killer point i think. land will eventually dried up and the wall will crack =X

The whole concept is astonishing!
But a bit disappointed with the layout and building material used. Personally feel that Superlink end lot & corner is the best bet, followed by SD, Superlink intermediate is not cheap.

The concept is amazing, kinda reminds me of Disneyworld resort hotels. Different themes for each island. However, for a million rm link house, they give ceramic tiles for staircase and 1st floor?? All the layouts have too many balconies and the airwell would not be practical. Sigh...

The best part of the house is the land size, long porch which allow 4 parkings. The worst part is the limitations if rooms (3), no extention is allowed.

26'x95' is a superb land size, never thought of SPS not taking full advantage of it, I must say the best superlink design goes to YTL The Reed. I hv to drop my initial rating for this project fr BBBx10 to BB now

SP die hard fan will still in BBB mode & i agree with u, will be successful township but only for those rich 1 lo...
as middle income earner cannot afford this launching price, not to mention sub-sale price...

The one back facing the beautiful garden is 1.4m for intermediate linked villa, whereas the same setup, back facing garden for the 41x95 semid is selling 1.77m ... So i think the semid is more 'value for money' ...What do u think?

hm.. i think cyberjaya need a medium cost apartment or at least medium high end apartment. because there are strong demand from this market segment. this people can stay and make cyberjaya more happening, then only the commercial projects and shoping mall will be more success. at current situation, all expensive condo and landed house, makes those middle class commute to and from cyberjaya everyday. they have no choice but to stay at sri kembangan, serdang, bangi or kajang. that is why at night, cyberjaya is a dead town

my friend told me some links/ Semi D is on Nusantara "Island" which is opposite the launched link hse at "mainland", maybe the Lepironoa Garden is on the Nusantara Island? It is Balinese style
