I beg to diff .... Having owned multiple hses in SA before and currently staying in one, their quality is definitely not top notch, but not worst in class ...i would say it is on par with other projects i have seen by gamuda, inp and wct

U see most entries here belong to gamuda bcs gamuda is a strong supporter of conquas and other developers are not. However, this doesn't mean that gamuda product is more superior than others. I have seen gamuda products in AB and i would say they r on par with the developers i mentioned above.

I have invested in gamuda products also and infact one of them is under con, in the same "kampung" as u, JH biggrin.gif

As investors, i dun look at the house itself. I look at the overall development. Now buyers are more complicated, they r looking for a home, no longer a house. I like JH bcs of this, low density, loads of greens, clubhse, tight security etc.

Ur website shows nothing but developments who adopted conquas and their respective scores. As said , how do u know other dev who did not go for conquas and fare better than those listed?

I am just sharing the fact on what i have experienced in gamuda development previously, and comparing the quality of botanic houses to other developments from sps (SA) inp (BK9) and wct (bkt tinggi) ... As said in other thread, we should not apply a blanket statement on the quality of houses from a developer, as diff developements (also diff phases within a development) are developed by diff contractor. Hope u understand this ...

Anyway, i don't need to prove to u what i have invested, nor i need to prove u right or wrong.. Believe or not, up 2 u ... and every reader should do their due deligence before making any conclusion/decision ...

Lets agree to disagree, and move on ...

The one back facing the beautiful garden is 1.4m for intermediate linked villa, whereas the same setup, back facing garden for the 41x95 semid is selling 1.77m ... So i think the semid is more 'value for money' ...What do u think?
