From my observation, both hv theirs' own strength, SPS is really good in township planning, fr the old days Puchong Wawasan, SPS has shown that how a proper Taman shd be planned, but I do feel that SPS may be inspired by Samling Group's project DPC and E&O Sri Tanjung (Penang) for their later SA development.
My credit give to TMS for it's building design and layout, in terms of facade and outlook, I think SPS shd learn fr TMS and YTL. Both are superior

"Phase A1 Liu Li Garden(2 sty linked villas) and Phase G2 Charm of Nusantara (linked villas, semi-d & bglow) are currently sold out. Left few more units under phase B2 Lepironia Garden (2 sty semi-d).

1.1 million villa has all been snapped out! Looks like its game on for Setia Eco Hills in Semenyih...

Majority of the buyers could be from overseas... but then again, KL still has alot of people with plenty of "bullets"

coz they can see the potential there = ) or just follow the way wind blow...or just visiting there to make up number. Anyway, if there is buyer = there is development & investment.

Still ,Can't denied it - Cyberjaya property market are targeting expat community .Hence, most of the new project minimum price is above 500k.

From expats point of view -
most of them currently lived in KL (traffic congestion ,security problem, pollution, crowded) but work in cyberjaya (travel for about 30 min - 1 hour everyday to work). So the developer targeting them to stay in cyberjaya.Advantage to live in Cyberjaya - 5 line highway, (and connected by 4 main highway SKVE,LDP,MEX,ELITE) near klia ,police department which install inspira type patrol car (shows that the government allocate more funds to maintain the police station in cyberjaya), infrastructure well maintain , better overall city management (no hawker, no illegal parking, no beggar/homeless crawling around) No need travel to work everyday and most important thing , They (expat) can afford to buy the unit with the price as it is.

Local buying the unit? It's still a win situation for developer.

rclxms.gif agree time prove everything , But if you were to put yourself as an expat, someone who come from europe for E.G and working in cyberjaya, which area out of the 2 will you choose ? smile.gif

If local people tend to avoid living in KL, i can't understand why foreigner will want to stay there unsure.gif

I wonder if after three years when the agreement between the PNB expire.....what would happen if PNB take full control of this company and this particular project still can make it? May be suddenly change of concept and every theme is Masjid related.....

If PNB take full control on SPS, then Game Over!
