The whole concept is astonishing!
But a bit disappointed with the layout and building material used. Personally feel that Superlink end lot & corner is the best bet, followed by SD, Superlink intermediate is not cheap.

The best part of the house is the land size, long porch which allow 4 parkings. The worst part is the limitations if rooms (3), no extention is allowed.

26'x95' is a superb land size, never thought of SPS not taking full advantage of it, I must say the best superlink design goes to YTL The Reed. I hv to drop my initial rating for this project fr BBBx10 to BB now biggrin.gif
SEG will be a successful Taman still.

From my observation, both hv theirs' own strength, SPS is really good in township planning, fr the old days Puchong Wawasan, SPS has shown that how a proper Taman shd be planned, but I do feel that SPS may be inspired by Samling Group's project DPC and E&O Sri Tanjung (Penang) for their later SA development.
My credit give to TMS for it's building design and layout, in terms of facade and outlook, I think SPS shd learn fr TMS and YTL. Both are superior
