hm.. i think cyberjaya need a medium cost apartment or at least medium high end apartment. because there are strong demand from this market segment. this people can stay and make cyberjaya more happening, then only the commercial projects and shoping mall will be more success. at current situation, all expensive condo and landed house, makes those middle class commute to and from cyberjaya everyday. they have no choice but to stay at sri kembangan, serdang, bangi or kajang. that is why at night, cyberjaya is a dead town
