hey guys u said we need to go maxis klcc right? is that maxis centre inside KLCC shopping mall or outside KLCC? like another building?

Well not really acceptable but better than nothing, rite? As i heard some ppl even wait for 2 - 3 mths yet they can get their replace set. So if compared to them i should at least a bit happy lo....rite?

got my replacement after 2 weeks of chasing their asses...at feedback form i hentam kaw2...wtf call centre dono what service centres have...huge ass of a company still doesn't have an integrated database

just got mine yesterday after 10 working days, the replacement is better in all aspect compare with 363 days old... got another 1 year wrranty to go. will go again next year ... this time maybe 1-2 month earlier incase of anything unpredictable prob.

Wow 10 working days.. I Was wondering do they give you a replacement phone for the time being because the stupid simcard is a microsim and i dont have another iphone 4 to use as backup thats why ive not send it back for warranty yet!

means 7 months warranty burnt, while the phone sent in for replacement ?

thats a good question. i wonder what happens to the warranty too. perhaps when u got the replacement set, they will offer you a new warranty?
