QUOTE(teq @ Jun 15 2011, 04:14 PM) hey sifus, I got one question.. In my case, i just ask my contractor to calculate based on floor plan, example 25 x 25 = 625sf even it have a lot divider wall in each living, kitchen and dining area.if the wall got window & door, will the contractor deduct the area of window + door in the workman ship? or they just calculate the gross wall area? and wall also included the window + door....no much diff..don't want so calculate with them...important they do the best job. |

Hi edwardsiow, how was the workmanship? Are you satisfied with it? Can pm me his number as well?
Thank you QUOTE(edwardsiow @ May 30 2011, 03:00 PM) The labour cost (chinese workers) that I received is a) RM3.20 per sq feet for 2 feet x 2 feet tiles b) RM2.50 per sq feet for other dimension of tiles c) RM2.00 per sq feet for other dimension of tiles that not required cement base All the materials I bought myself...Hacking prev tiles is RM80 per 100 sq ft...Skirting is RM1.90 per sf... Is the price ok? or can I get cheaper price (chinese workers) than this? thanks |

Workmanship is quite good. |

Labor only 2500 to cover an area of 1,400 sqft (including the side 3" tiles). I can forward u his number but he is active in Klang area plus heard they also doing up to nilai, shah alam area. My area is 1 hour from KL. The indians are local people and they did quite a lot of houses before i used them as recommended by many who has used them. before i used them, many people asked me why use indian and not chinese. Worry their workmanship no good. |
