i recently did my car poach and kitchen using Goucera 1x2 2nd grade hard full body tiles....total around 1400sqft plus a kitchen table, total cost is about 6k - 6.5k, i bought the tiles, sands, cement, air susu, aluminium drain cover frame by myself, then, i engaged some indian workers or subcontractors to do the labors. Workmanship is quite good.

Labor only 2500 to cover an area of 1,400 sqft (including the side 3" tiles). I can forward u his number but he is active in Klang area plus heard they also doing up to nilai, shah alam area. My area is 1 hour from KL. The indians are local people and they did quite a lot of houses before i used them as recommended by many who has used them. before i used them, many people asked me why use indian and not chinese. Worry their workmanship no good. laugh.gif but u never use, u never know. Give me your number and i will sms his number to you.

Hi guys

I have a tiling contractor but he is only willing to supply labour. I have to source and supply the materials. I only need 10 bags or so of cement. What is the going rate of a bag of cement? Do they shop normally provide delivery? Thanks in advance

i bought mine at RM16.75 per bag for 20 bags (YTL brand) and was advised by my contractor that the YTL cement is not that good as it harden fast. Subsequently, i bought LaFarge cement at RM17.00 per bag as i still shortage of 6 bags.
