My house tiles popup this in the morning after a whole day raining on day before (guess the whole day raining make the room temperature change cause the pop-up)

After doing so much research online, most people recommend hack all the tiles on the whole area and redo it.

But i was kind of worried the work cause my house so dusty, was thinking just to replace the pop-up part and also the tiles that I can feel "emptyness" when I step on it.

Any bro sister got good contractor to recommend?

Besides, I was also considering changing to laminate flooring. Any comment?

Thanks.

Normally what to do if facing like this? Are inside cement not enough? I also heard some contractor have mix cement with plaster ceiling material to make it strong stick tiles.

Normally people will raised their platform using laminated wood. But my friend is supplying tiles, I plan to raise my platform using tiles. Is that alright?

The platform size that I plan to raise is somewhere 100sqf with 6 inch height. My current family hall flooring is laminated flooring / parquet (I not sure). Do I need to hack the flooring before lay the tiles? And what I should use to raise the 6 inch height? Cements? or ..?

I have a same issue with this. Tiles around the affected ones would crack gradually too. This happen to me after 7 yrs I stay in this house.
Most ironically, my new house having a same issue too. Its still under warranty by developer, reason given is due to fluctuate wheather. But actual fact is workmanship. This will likely to occur when the installation is not properly done.

Hi guys just wondering is it normal if the tiler charge me rm5 for normal tiling, rm6 for tiling with complicated design, all charge by per square feet. Cement and sand i provide to the tiler.

Is it on expensive side?
