Update: Just took my replacement laptop...

Sadly...No New bag...They just give back your old bag that you submitted during the swapping...

BUT...

The Graphic Ram is 2GB...Previously my Notebook No Bluetooth...Now it iz the has the Bluetooth...

Last time always got problem connecting wifi...now iz smooth...

I Love the new Metallic Blue color...Better the the black 1...

Overall based on my experience:

Whoever want a fast exchange/swap...I advice go to Highpoint HQ @ USJ...Took me total of 4 days without laptop...

Day 1 - Day 3 = Checking your submitted Laptop + order new laptop

Day 4 = Prepare your new laptop and Can collect by afternoon.

If no other problem arise...Should not take more then 4 days...Good Luck...I was the 1st to submit @ Highpoint USJ... Should be faster now as they know whats the procedure...

mine one is Plaza Lowyat incident.

8.3.2011 submited my laptop... without box bag wire.
after keep following, decide to swap product, high point instruct to send back all bag wire boxes.

2 days, 2days, 2 days... keep saying after 2 days....
until now... just follow up them by calling.
They said because of the center Sunday no working...
so need to wait more 3 days.

today already 28.3.2011
Re-adjustment, my laptop left me one month.

hope no more 3 days.. 3 days 3 days.. then sunday no work, 4 days again.

I doubt their 5750g intel sandy bridge crisis management procedure.

All different highpoint employees say the same things.
"Your laptop is under going procedure, perhaps it will took 2 to 3 days."

Then I sent email to acer care.
Another people say, my laptop sending to plaza lowyat... maybe evening or tomorrow can get it...

Hope the email one is the truly true true truth case.

Walao!!! Got a bit professional lo! frustrated!

"By Calling" HQ of highpoint said, 2-3days properly I can get it.

"By Email" HQ of highpoint said, today evening or tomorrow my swapped 5750g will arrive to Plaza Lowyat Highpoint center.

"By Calling" Plaza Lowyat of highpoint said, the process of swapping need wait 1-2 weeks, properly next week will get it.

Let you guys guess, which one is logically real?

this is my lappie status

Status: SHIP TO BRANCH

Go to the HQ @ USJ...Its a bit far...they offered to pick up...but i insist of sending it by hand and collect it by hand... sacrifice a bit petrol money...

Dont go elsewhere...coz they will still need to bring it to HQ...

Timmy was the guy who handled my case too~~~

Then when i was at the Counter...Ms. Izah is the 1 who took my case...

Swapping better...Even tho its a hassle to erase & backup all the data...

By swapping...u get better specs...2GB GC + bluetooth...which my 1st lappie does not have...

@Apek....Kesian u liao...Make like a bola + Janji Janji Palsu...

But what i did is...every morning i called them...asked what is the status...

i need my laptop especialy end of april n may... so have to swap rather than waiting and waiting.... i have email them whether i get it swapped faster if i go directly to subang...
