Unifi charges Rm8 for paper bill.

There is an option in the application form for you to tick whether to receive the paper bill or not.

VIP20 is just like streamyx 1mbps...complain liao also like that...

Could it be that Unifi started implementing download cap already?

now im using my 1mbps. unifi down for me... reset the modem and router with pen after power off and on cant connect. any way to fix it?

How do I add the unifi bill to mytm page? They keep asking me to verify unifi, but when I put my password already, it just says Consumer, and nothing else.


Also, even if upgrading from Streamyx, we need to personally go and terminate the account?

i think you reset Your own pass and id. Go log in Your modem and check it. Why you go master reset it == hand itchy ?

Does anyone know whether i can change the appointment date of intallation date to an earlier date ? i already registered a few days ago and got the appointment date at the end of april, when i check at the unifi website there is a slot at the end of this month. Is it possible to change ?

NO! Don't subscribe now until 24th next month. That's what I was told by UniFi as they are migrating their server and problem can only be resolved by then. Wonder what that means. Have been complaining numerous times to UNiFi about the slow connection since 3 weeks ago and that was even before the earthquake in Japan. Now with the earthquake undersea cable damage, l don't know what to say liao.

By the way I'm on VIP10 and most areas in SJ and USJ are affected.

Yes, you are right. To be exact, the slow connection in my area started about 3 weeks ago and I made an official complain to their 1300xx and by email on the 7th March. The earthquake in Japan was on the 11th March!

it's doesn't affect my Downstream/Upstream but high lost packet when connect to international site.
