Studio unit already sold out. Only left duplex unit. This project is under commercial title, not under residential and bank negara 70% LTV ruling is not applicable. Can apply up to 80% loan. Still have to pay 20% upfront.

Down payment is for booking, not sure how much. Most probably rm5k. 20% is the difference between loan amount and purchase price..

Demand for residential unit is higher than office. Developer tend to market office as residential. Thats why unit market as sovo, sofo, socso aka shemale to mislead buyers.
