Duplex unit is below 300k at the moment. But read back the thread. Got standard monthly charges for the so call electric saving aircon. Then the usage of facility also chargeable? Parking need to rent? Overall maintenance fees should be low I guess.

lower density for 3 stroey shop not good without support of building population
