from my observation there is not much difference from walking from garden plaza? unless there is a short cut way?

my observation was based on driving from lkw point to tp point along persiaran apec. not near for sure unless there is another way behind. once collect key then only can test whether can reach within 5 mins.
garden plaza also look far and drive also far sure more than 5 mins. i cannot confirm now the difference in mins between gp to lkw and tp to lkw.

The Place is definitely nearer to LKW and one could just walk across which both located on the same side. Whereas GP located in the opporsite of the road connected via a bridge. You still could walk but it takes about 15-20 mins to reach la.

yeah, both can walk just a matter of how long only under the sun or rain plus whether it is safe to walk especially for pretty gals
once the place is matured i am sure we can see students walking for those foreigners who do not have car

you know skypark side? work is starting to progress but this is further away from lkw i think.

U can drive to lkw main door, and you can see the place just 100-200 meter to lkw

I guess u need to know where is The PLACE.. haha, pls don't use persiaran APEC to judge.

Mah Sing has not built a proper walk way from GP to LKW...now the path is unsightful n dangerous.

I drove around Garden Residence, the walkway besides the road which outside each parcels also very badly done. Like those tamanx3 roads n feeling. Don't expect Mahsing to do nice landscape outside the parcels eventhough it is within Garden Residence itself also pathetic already. U think they will do it nicely outside the Garden Plaza and GR?

Mah seng will deliver your house as per spec.... Anything extra.... Don't expect.
Been to their Aspen garden residence also... The lines trees landscape along the main road is just so pathetic.

Distance from the place to lkw just like a block of building next to each other. If it still far i dont think any other project can be nearer than this.
