This project is much safer than the rest projs. Duplex unit n LKW student profile is quite matched. Also density is not high with the location tat very near to LKW uni unlike Garden Plaza etc.

Wats the spa completed date?

The place's duplex suddenly look like a steal now compare to recently launched studio. Not to say it is right besides Limkokwing uni and not far away from future cyber city centre (CCC) project.

I think every township need different segments to make it wong. Of coz student segment is one of them.

I drove around Garden Residence, the walkway besides the road which outside each parcels also very badly done. Like those tamanx3 roads n feeling. Don't expect Mahsing to do nice landscape outside the parcels eventhough it is within Garden Residence itself also pathetic already. U think they will do it nicely outside the Garden Plaza and GR?
