QUOTE(benny888 @ Mar 1 2011, 07:48 PM) Pics of my case : Melkro Very high quality genuine leather. Soft to the touch and protects TAB very well. I paid RM 180 for it after bargaining it from RM 220 at PJ Digital Mall. A worthy investment to protect your TAB. Even with the case it still fits in nicely my long pants side pockets and 3/4 knee shorts [attachmentid=2068816][attachmentid=2068819] [attachmentid=2068823][attachmentid=2068826] One can buy similar psuedo leather types ( about RM 80 to RM 90 ) and PVC lookalike ( RM 40+ ) Can buy online more choices : US$ 69 http://www.melkco.com/scripts/main/viewite...FBKLC-GTAB.htmlFancy a clone like what you got? Galaxy Tab Case 1I actually just ordered from the same seller but chose this instead: Galaxy Tab Case 2The same one is sold in Novacell for RM 138. Reach tomorrow so hopefully the quality is good. Been a bit scared to take it out naked for now covering with layers upon layers of pads and cloth.

There are plenty fakes esp in lowyat. I last bought a faked capdase resincase for my galaxy s for rm 45 when the original cost rm110 - the obvious difference in the patch logo at back. Original words is sharp and uniform size and patch perfect fit in embedded slot while fake is misaligned and words non uniform color and faded at some points. Resin quality for fake is hard while original is softer

Better to buy case at shops rather than online since we can touch and feel the quality before buying.

For instance, played some gun bros earlier and the batt temp was 38deg and the screen felt really hot. Now i;m charging and the temp is 39deg but the screen is cool. WTH. Even when i set to default 1ghz witout uv it;s around 35-37 deg and gets warm. Benny says he can get 30deg.and below. I stuck my tab into the glove compartment (of my car) and I managed 24 deg - lol.

Is anyone using Zinio for Magazine reading? Mine keeps crashing and has to Force Close. I have uninstalled and also reinstalled but still the same.
Would appreciate some help as I really like to read and purchase magazines from Zinio. Such a waste for having an account.

You have to launch reader hub and download the zinio reader. Than sign in using username and password. You will see list of your mags subscription. It will not work if you install it from an apk file.

Welcome to the SGT Club. I guess you should see the benefit of rooting which is much more than unrooted phone. Anyway, its just my personal opinion.

http://www.androidcentral.com/another-troj...ed-android-appsyou dont know when you will be hit. Pirated cracked apps will often bring strange instability issues such as frequent force closures. Worse your personal details and password stored on device could inadvertently being captured by hackers. Example at the end of day you could endup hefty phone bills as described in this article Android apps generally cheap us99 cent to us$3. If you can afford a rm2k gadget pay for apps and support the developers. Download it from market or reputable sources. Beware of The dangers of open source. Dont be penny wise but pound foolish.

Good advise from Uncle Benny. Just to share with you guys, at first I was exactly like what Uncle Benny said. After thinking it twice, I have bought around 10 licensed applications from Market. I guess we should also support the open source developer as they have a living too. Almost one third of the android applications are priced aroun USD 1 to USD 3 which is approximately RM 10 or slightly more

QUOTE(vicng @ Feb 24 2011, 11:37 AM) Thanks for your explanation, I am using Maxis. I did follow the step on your post #4, but still can't retrieve MMS in my SGT. But I put my sim card to another handphone & it can retrieve the MMS, so must be my SGT setting goes wrong. I think I will send it to maxis centre & let the staff there to solve it for me. Else, I need to send it to Samsung Service Centre. I have checked with maxis, it needs to add on the proxy: 202.075.133.049
