I don't think that is called transfer. It's more like redemption or conversion.

As David83 mentioned, it is not called transfer but redemption. Browse through to MBB's website for the process and you'll get all your answers to your questions. As for the duration, it can take between 1-2 weeks before the redemption appears in your Enrich statement.

Should be applicable as long as U use the Amex card
