2day call me again ask me provided statement to proof them why other people can received cash back when spend at 30 Nov, i very angry why she cant let me know why i cant get the cask back and want need me provided statement to them check i ask her let me know what is the cut off date to entitle for Nov.

Just got my Maybankard 2 Amex Plat, yes its got the Platinum wording on it. Hope I did not make a wrong choice for this card.

my maybank amex gold statement today, got rm50 gst.
just submit the treatpoints gst redemption form today.
should i pay the rm50 before the statement date, or just ignore the rm50.

i wonder if i can cancel this card and opt for maybankard 2.

If the GST has not reversed when your statement due date is approaching, it's better to pay off to avoid unnecessary financial charges.

GST redemption, Maybank will credit Rm50 back to your CC account.

My case, I paid the GST first then they credit Rm50 back to my account the following month

And its all over..

its the 3rd week of Feb, I expected the quota to finnish by Mid Febraury as many on holiday during CNY and spending money.

but it says at the bottom note is Jan not Feb? can I still register?

I think it actually finished at least a week ago. We all are well aware of the slow motion of MBB/Amex in making announcement.

I also seeing January at first, but after refresh page become February already. Maybe your browser keep the cache.

Me too. Received my Maybankard 2 Amex Plat yesterday with the Platinum word on it too. It took me almost a month for the cards to approved. Perhaps due to increased limit to 6 figure that took MBB a month to approved. Well, start to use my new Amex 2 Plat today. Plan to terminate the Amex Gold Credit Card next year once the 12 month BT 0% is over.

In an email reply by Amex CS, it was stated that the cash back quota for December 2010 finished on 16-12-2010.

I'm wondering when my Maybankard 2 AMEX/Visa will appear in M2U. I have made my 1st swipe on last Saturday.

i don't thk it will appear, gv CS a call and see whether they can add it over the phone
my cards shown up b4 I even receiving them

I have MBB saving account, the M2 Amex/Visa appear in M2U before i receive the card...........
maybe you need to call their CS

Yeah, they will appear before you get the card... that's when u get the numbers on the card and details of the CL and so on... Maybe your M2U system got error.

Now I can't see my monthly statement, it always say the gateway of server is busy.............
