Well 1366X768 is normal for 14" laptops and below.. even common in budget 15.6" inch laptops..

Gaming wise it would be good. Because if you want Full HD 1920x1080 gaming.. you need better graphics card ..

why is it not expanded when i play some games ? it has borders for the both left and right sides o.o

if around 80 for idle means sumting wrong...80 for gaming (with cooler i guess) is normal or mayb consider ideal
