acer laptop got warranty seal on hdd/ram cover below the laptop

on the day when i m about to bring my notebook to highpoint for ram upgrading (got warranty seal on the screw), the highpoint personnel told me just open it and dun bother about the seal as the seal is to ensure there is no tampering/parts switching by resellers, dun know how true is that but that is what they told me (dun hv black & white tho' sweat.gif )

thks 4 the link, found this:

"The performance of the 540M lies between the Radeon HD 5650 and 5730 in our first benchmarks. Therefore, the 540M is about 10% faster than the GT435M using DDR3 graphics memory. Using GDDR5 it may be as fast as the HD 5750 / 5770.

Paired with a fast CPU, demanding games of 2010 should run fluently in medium to high details and SXGA resolution. In our tests for example Call of Duty: Black Ops and StarCraft 2 ran fluently in high details and 1360x768. More gaming benchmarks can be found in the lower section of this page."

Idle can go up to 6 hours or more.
Load depends how loaded it is. When I play games like Worms Reloaded, the temperature rise up to 60-70degree celcius and the fan blows more rapidly.
The battery can last about 2 hours or more when I refer to the battery life on the right bottom of the desktop.

thks for reply, actually i meant the power consumption / wattage during idle and load, as i plan to use for BT and as a media hub maybe. What is the power rating for the AC adapter? Thks again~
