anyone visited the showroom inside pv13?
plan to visit this weekend
*
I went to make payment just now, after that I drove off to the apartment complex. I met Seong from MCF so he shown me the showroom at Level14 (13A). I booked for grille already, so they will take keys from developer and install it.

I also fill up application form for unifi.

The swimming pool area at Level 4 is quite beautiful smile.gif

My bank said will only disburse the balance after raya coz they only receive the bill yesterday.

PV mentioned that we do not have water and electricity, so we can collect keys but we cannot install water and electricity..WTF!

Contractor mentioned that the building actually have temporary CCC (CF) for now, the actual CCC is in process. Knowing government people they're in raya mood already so everything becomes slow, so do expect occupancy in mid or end of october.

yup...you have keys but u cant live in yet

Added on August 24, 2011, 5:36 pmsomehow the actual unit for 1313sqf looks smaller than the showroom (3 years ago). do anyone feels the same?

True, good point..sure will be in holiday mood. Did the Unifi agents mention how soon they can install your line? I will need to transfer my existing line to the new address. sweat.gif

EDIT: mind sharing how much is the grille you are going to install? All windows, entrance and balcony door grilles? Basic grille or custom grille? Thanx in advance smile.gif

unifi 2 months.

the grille is RM2300 for entrance, yard, 2 bathroom windows, balcony, master bedroom window, second room window and third room window.

Do you guys think we should put grille all over? The place looks very safe to me. I wonder if having grille for the front door and the yard is good enough? I dont quite like grille at the sliding door/balcony coz it's kinda blocking the view out

i think u can tell the guard you want to go to MCF office to get quotation. someone will take u up to the showroom.

Personally I think the panel contractor cost is too expensive. we should get quote for external contractor as well

Guys, have a question.

In your letters, is it stated that you have to pay solicitors' fee? Is that to be paid by us or the bank?

grill not for prevent ppl come in, but prevent ppl from jumping out. lol. maybe no need for sliding door, but balcony i think we need. some visitors have kids. they may not familiar with hazards living in apartment.
bathroom windows, dont think we need that...
but need one that dont block the view much, not a heavy duty one, just for prevention from falling out only.
so, can we get a lower price? i dunno...opinion?

I might just do iron cast grille for the front door and iron rod for the yard. it should be cheaper, will be crazy if its not

Imho, if buying cash definitely u need to pay.. if u take loan, probably the package u choose..normally they have zero entry cost and non zero entry cost..which normally the interest rate offered for zero entry cost high a little bit..but hassle free, u won't pay anything out of pocket..

Check again ur financing package..
