no more slot for house inspection this weekend. the next available slot is on monday....when sending the letter asking us to pay within 14 days. but delivering keys and house inspection can be delayed. LOL

now for me key is not an issue already
since no water no electric
got key also useless

Anyone have done their inspection? What can/what we have to do if there are defects etc at the house? What will PV do about it?

Please do not call during working hours (9AM - 6PM, Mon-Fri) and do not call late at night. SMS is acceptable but no calls. I'm uncomfortable knowing they have our contact details, who knows what other personal info was disclosed.

I collected the key today. Beside the unit, i also excited to visit the swimming pool. I must say that the landscape is quiet nice, to certain extend like those YTL projects (especially the swimming pool part at Saffron... maybe i think too much ). I am very happy with all about the landscape except that the adult swimming pool is a bit small.

I am glad my unit is in good condition. No big issue which i really want to make complaint yet (touch wood... of course i can make some complaint if i want to be fussy about things). I heard an owner whom complaint about doors.... all his doors can't be lock.

Finally for those whom is on block A with number 3,4,5 ; I know how it feels that we "loss" the "lake view" but i am pleasently suprise that we get the swimming pool view instead! From my unit i believe we will be able to see TWOOOOOOO swimming pools which are from phase 4 and 5

Glad to hear you got your keys. Did you get any loan from bank, and if yes, which bank? My bank, Public Bank, taking forever..have to chase them next week

That aside, I visited my unit again today and then the MCF showroom on 24th floor..damn nice view. And visited the park, the playground very nice, has outdoor gym equipment, although just a few but still, very nice. The adult pool however, has quite a height if you stepped out of the pool from the edge..maybe next time may suggest putting some form of barrier

i get quoted mild steel grill for whole unit house (yard, main entrance, all window, 2 toilet, balcony) at 2.1k too
anyone got survey outside?
can get cheaper?

Hmmm...they quoted me for the normal white colour grille 2.3K. they said thats the standard price for everyone at PV13. obviously they're not being honest about it.

Added on September 4, 2011, 3:42 amfor renovation there is a deposit of RM1000 (refundable) and RM200 (non refundable) to be paid. Is the non refundable deposit normal?

I havent come across non refundable deposit before, isit just PV?

ya I take loan from ambank. as far as I know, maybank also not yet release.

agree ab the swimming pool. only advantage I can think of is that someone can just stand next to the pool to chat with us while we r soaking in the pool

actually the lake is not the nice view tough because it still look like abandon lake lol

in the event anything happen due to your reno work
then bye bye to your 1k

it should be the rubbish disposal fee

Really? As for window grill what design they r using? anyone knows? Why did they limit us while d house was ours???

I went to collect keys and do inspection today. I dont see any defect so far. Quite satisfied with the house.

i went to inspect oso today, not much defects, those minor poor painting i just let it....the only serious defect is balcony grill start 'berkarat', i think they need to repaint it

one more thing, regarding the balcony sliding door, can u all lock it?or need key to lock it?
my 1 cant lock,forgot to try use the key to lock
