no personal cheque

Can I pay by Credit card? I remember last time all my payment to PV were through Cr.card wo.

the letter written only cash or banker cheque
also there is 1 uncle bring cheque book there
but kenot use, end up go bank withdraw money

Huhu...key can take but no water n power...look like this issue will only solve after oct lo...if wanna move in then no problem...go take water urself n use oil lamp lo.haha...but 1 good thing...1 thing positive is....do reno now n save ur own electric bill lo...hehe...hope this will at least compensate us for hard feeling...

I wonder if the address is correct or typo error...but logically what is No 9 doing there in the address? What is it referred to? Look weird for high rise building address...

Name card given by MCF contractor doesn't have the No 9...street name also different but never mind on the street name, at least it has name..you guys don't feel weird?

Will Pv follow the date of collect the key or the real CF receive?
Can we claim for our suffer losses?
Someone please guide me,i don't think PV doing the right way.I think PV playing some small trick.What happen if i didn't collect the key?
Can i wait till the CF release and everything settle down only collect the key?

jz got the letter today. and today is friday. nothing can do anymore.
meaning, wait till monday only able pay them money. then, will rush bank to do their job dy.
by the way, wana ask. after i got the key. it doesn't mean i can go in and out as i like. right?

as wat i tried, during night time, we totally cant even access to the condo.

for the 14days, i already asked. there's shouldn't be any problem. but who knows. these big company like to use black and white things to bully those ppl tat believe them.

anyhow, after we signed the letter after do those checking, can we still complain on those prblem occur during our stay? from wat i heard from my friend, there is 1 year warranty or guarantee on this thing. right?

I've already done my checking.. Got some minor cracks here n there.. Also got i tile pecah at the kitchen..

Yesterday i went to MCF . i show my idea i want a 2 row of kitchen cab with bar counter.plaster ceiling whole house,Tv cabinet ,wallpapers,bedrood cab,wall cab,and bedroom wall decos hacking wiring and fix all included cost .they qoute me less then RM 60k. Guys do u feel ok? or expensive

My unit also...cracked tile in balcony, loose window lock, poor painting...
My 1st house...out of expectation...hai.

Waaa so that bad......what happen to PV workmenship

just went to visit the show room at A13-21. Not complete yet.
Got few in house Contractor help to quote price...

It's not a typo but an official address from the city council, it arranges according to the lot number, I guess.

The street name printed on MCF Sdn Bhd's name card is based on the "old road name" 2 years back, which assume the street name will be "an extension on the existing road" but city council has given it a new name, group it into the "Saujana" streets. Anyway "PV13 Danau Kota" is enough

Added on August 28, 2011, 1:39 pmI'm not sure you already have the answer or not. PV13 "built-in" A/C point is comprise of a water drain pipe, and a 15/20Amp power point.

In order to install A/C, there will be 4 conditions on your copper pipe:

1. Back-to-Back
2. External Casing
3. Wall-conceal
4. Hiding on the gymsum ceiling/cornise

And usually higher the technology they required better insulation (thick black thing covering the copper pipe) and then more expensive on installation charge & piping charge.

Pricing is acceptable since now material cost is keep on rising....but 1 thing costly is the aircond piping for the room tat has no window....no choice other than u just install fan nia.hehe.

Yea..the piping is costly for that area..but still got other option other than fan, which is portable air cond cost around 1k to 2k depend on brand and hp..
