yea, i just spoke to Michelle a while ago. She said delays on Syabas and TNB connection its beyond their control. building is completed late july. they will also consider compensation for those who sign before august 18th.

She said we can get keys this week wor.....they will need to do magic show knowing today is thursday already. lol

Unless they want to work on Sunday, then they have 2 days left, Friday and Saturday....

I did notice that Mcf has setup an office at the block A lobby. Anyone visited it yet? I want to visit them to get some quotations this weekend..

can we get in to block A lobby already? the last I was there they dont allow me past the guard house.

Just go n tell them wanna see contractor, they will allow it. Contractors office already there quiet some time ago..not only mcf, there a few others.but only empty office..only mcf will get one house for showroom but yet to setup..

Today is the date as promised....

Hi guys, latest update.

PV management starts giving out letters to owners and banks. But you guys have to check with your bank if they have drawn down the balance to PV before collecting your key. PV will only release the keys to the owners after receiving every single cents from banks.

I'm shopping around for aircon. can someone tell me if our unit comes with conseal copper pipping? reason I ask is that I was advised if really hv conseal copper pipping then no recommend to install inverter as they will review to hack the wall which they won't do it. can help to check the s n p? I left it in my home town.

Good news! But...not sure how long to wait for arrangement for inspection. We have total of 900+ unit.If 10 units perday, needs 3 mths plus to finish inspect...

This new week will be letter released...But will it be tuesday or wednesday....i'm just curious how the arrange for all the owner to collect keys???We are talking about 900++ keys...

How much do we have to pay when receiving our keys? Last PV12 I think less than RM800. Any ideas?

i just check with my bank, they havent fully disburse the loan yet, saying no instruction from developer yet.

this whole things is so annoying, i am on leave for the whole august thinking i can do the arrangement etc to move in, now its coming to an end of august and still havent get keys

I told you.. dont put so much hope for this PV developer... sometimes it's really hurt your feeling when they not delivered as per schedule.

They really think PV is a Big company and dont care all the buyers feeling. Let see what happen after this...

STOP DREAMING... i believe they will delivered the house key on September OR October OR November OR December OR might be Next year ....

they just only sent out letter yesterday to the bank (by hand) asking to disburse the balance of 30K++ and to buyer (by normal mail) asking to pay RM903.76 (based on 1313 sqf unit).

Once they receive both amount, they will give the keys to us. So they suspect we can get keys by 4th week of september.

Is the compensation/penalty based on the date in the letter or the date we collect the keys?
